Vendor Information
The City of Fayetteville Purchasing Division does not send out notifications of bid opportunities to individual vendors. To find out about competitive bid opportunities at the City of Fayetteville, two options exist:
The Statement of No-Bid form (PDF) is made available to any entity, individual, company, etc. that wishes to inform the city of any reason for deciding not to participate in a bid. This form is not required; however, it is presented and made available to maintain a positive relationship with vendors and solicit feedback on ways to improve the City's bidding (Bid), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) processes.
If you have a concern about an existing bid, please bring it to the attention of Andrea Foren Rennie via e-mail (aforen@fayetteville-ar.gov) or by phone at (479) 575-8220 immediately so that your concern can be properly addressed before the bid deadline.
- Check the City's website where announcements of bids are posted. Note: If you are not signed up on the mailing list you will not be notified of addendums or new Bids, RFP's, RFQ's, or City Surplus.
- Sign up on our mailing list to receive automatic e-mailed notifications of Bids, RFP's, RFQ's and City Surplus. To do this, simply email your company name, primary contact name, and business phone number.
