The Central Dispatch Center is also the Primary Answering Point (PSAP) for Fayetteville 9-1-1 calls, which includes transferring emergency calls to the appropriate agencies as needed. APCO Project 33 Certified
The Fayetteville Police Department Central Dispatch Center is certified with the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Project 33 Training Program.
